Victor K. Brobbey

Mr. Brobbey graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and the Ghana School of Law as a Barrister-at-Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. Victor has been a lawyer for over a decade, and also has significant experience researching political risk, legal policy and governance issues. Mr. Brobbey worked as an attorney in Washington D.C., and has consulted for a number of international organizations, including the African Union, the World Bank, and the UNDP.
Mr. Brobbey teaches administrative law, Private International Law, and Constitutional Law at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration�s School of Law.

He is admitted to practice in the Republic of Ghana and the State of New York, U.S.A.
